Fiona Greenwood
Fiona Greenwood is the Operations Director at Rowland Brothers International. She has over 25 years extensive Operations Management experience in the Emergency Assistance & Travel Claims Industry. Fiona has managed complex travel medical emergencies and evacuations, along with organising repatriations for those who passed away while abroad. She has unparalleled experience in managing complex situations, repatriations and assisting families during the most difficult circumstances.
Tim Willis
With over 20 years in the security industry, Tim Willis has worked with some of the world’s leading consultancies and assistance providers, conducting security risk and threat assessments, training clients, and managing crises across Africa and the Middle East. At Restrata, Tim is responsible for expanding the company’s ecosystem of integration partners, developing joint value propositions, and managing relationships with key strategic accounts.

Rafal Hyps
Rafal is CEO of Sicuro Group, a consultancy specialising in operational risk management and duty of care programs for multinational companies. He advocates for pragmatic travel risk management solutions that protect organisations during critical incidents and emergencies. A management accountant (CIMA, CPA) with an EMBA from the National University of Singapore, Rafal brings both financial rigor and operational expertise to enterprise risk management.
Caroline Bull MCPara.
Caroline is a former combat medical technician with experience in Afghanistan & a qualified paramedic. Post military service she has spent over 10 years in the security industry working in protective services, in the latter years as a global travel risk manager and in kidnap prevention. She now works with REACT disaster response and assists in developing medical operations and high risk deployment training for responders.
Dr. Matt Ladbrook
A General Practitioner by profession, Matt combines frontline medical expertise with extensive operational experience. His background as a Territorial Army Officer and recent deployments with REACT’s liaison team in the Kharkiv region give him a unique perspective on preparing for, adapting to, and delivering care in unpredictable and high-risk environments. Matt’s insights, along with those of the REACT team, will be invaluable for professionals working in travel risk, crisis response, and organisational resilience.
