With over 35 years of global operational experience, Paul is a leading authority in crisis leadership and disaster response. After 26 years in the British Army, serving in operational, training, and advisory roles worldwide, he transitioned into expedition leadership, humanitarian relief, and international emergency operations. Now International Operations Manager at REACT Disaster Response, Paul has led responses to major disasters in more than a dozen countries, including Ukraine, Haiti, and Mozambique. He brings unmatched real-world insight into the complexities of operating in high-risk, high-impact environments, and was awarded an MBE in 2020 in recognition of his exceptional contribution to humanitarian efforts.

Caroline is a former combat medical technician with experience in Afghanistan & a qualified paramedic. She now combines clinical work and security consultancy. Volunteering with REACT disaster response for over 5 years she has deployed to Ukraine and assists in developing medical operations and high risk deployment training for responders.
